LAVA HOMES of Visian lda reserves the right to change these terms and conditions whenever this amendment is justified.
LAVA HOMES by Visian lda, is our trademark and is used to distinguish our online booking and sale services from accommodation in LAVA HOMES Property (s).
This mark is registered and is the exclusive property of Visian lda, and is therefore protected against copying, reproduction or any other use without the prior written permission of the same, under national and international law.
The information on this website, namely the domain, logos, illustrations, photographs, films, contents, texts, graphics and attached documents are property of LAVAHOMES of Visian lda.
The download, copying, modification, transmission, distribution, reproduction or return, in whole or in part, for commercial or other purposes, without the prior written permission of LAVA HOMES of Visian lda shall also be expressly prohibited.
CHECK IN, CHECK OUT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Check-in at our Hotel can be done from 4 pm and check-out until 11am.
The hotel will accept late check-in until 11pm.From that time, a no-show will be treated as no show unless the guest has contacted the hotel prior to that time requesting a late check-in.
It is also possible to request a late check-out, and for this purpose, contact the Hotel Reception. Additional fees may apply.
You should only consider your reservation completed and effective upon receipt of the written confirmation from LAVA HOMES of Visian lda.
All reservations will be subject to a cancellation policy. If the check-in is not made on the estimated date of arrival, this may incur a fee.
The LAVA HOMES of Visian lda also reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of suspicion of reservation with mistake / mistake, invalid credit card and fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or, if you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions.
These cancellation conditions will vary depending on the time of year. To know:
From November 1 to 31 M arch (low season)
If canceled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
From 1 April to 30 June and from 1 to 31 October (intermediate season)
Free Cancellation: If the reservation is canceled or modified up to 10 days before arrival.If the reservation is canceled or modified less than 10 days of arrival or in case of no presentation:
- if booking for 1 night customer will be penalized in its entirety;
- if reservation is more than 1 night customer will be penalized in 50% of the stay
From 1 July to 30 Sept ro (high season)
Cancellation free: If the reservation is canceled or modified up to 21 days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled or modified less than 21 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the client will be penalized in the total amount of the stay.
PAYMENT METHODS
LAVAHOMES of Visian lda accepts, as methods of payment, the following:
- Bank transfer, with proof sent within 24 hours of booking, to email contact@lavahomes.com;
- Credit card;
- Payment via Paypal.
Payment terms will vary depending on the time of year.
INSURANCE
The LAVA HOMES of Visian lda, recommends to its clients the purchase of a Complete Travel Insurance.We suggest that the policy cover, but not be limited to, the following: loss of payment for cancellation, loss or damage to personal luggage, loss of money and medical treatment expenses, inasmuch as it will not be responsible for any vicissitude that results from the listing above.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions, LAVA HOMES of Visian lda shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or consequential damages, including, but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of use , loss of opportunity, arising out of the performance or non-performance of the obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
DATA PROTECTION
The data that you make available on our website will be treated by LAVA HOMES of Visian lda, in the scope of commercial management related to reservations, purchases and other customer support, not making your data available for purposes not foreseen in its data protection policy, available for consultation here.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT FORUM
The products and / or services described and available on this website may not be available in your country.
