LAVA HOMES 2nd SPECIAL RETREAT SEASON

From the 23rd of October 2023 to the 23rd of March 2024, Lava Homes, on Pico Island, Azores, will be the mandatory destination for anyone who wants to take a week to take care of themselves and expand their consciousness. It is the Second Season of Special Retreats at the Lava Homes resort in Pico Island and will have a diversified program, with many different activities and proposals, always thinking about your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

Detoxify, relax, inspire, reconnect… There are many verbs that serve the purpose of the retreats that Lava Homes is preparing for the Season 2023/2024. With the ocean as a backdrop and the volcanic energy of the island as surroundings, they promise to be moments of liberation and expansion, meditation and many other practices, by the hand of some of the most acclaimed professionals in the areas of yoga.

The programs will be different each month and always include accommodation at the resort and meals prepared by a wellness expert chef.

Meditations in the midst of nature, yoga overlooking the sea, massages, spiritual practices and other body-challenging activities such as dance, writing, tantra, shamanic practices, forest walks and ceremonies, expressive therapies, chanting and sound healing, are just some of the notes that will be played in a great symphony of well-being, in this first Lava Homes Retreat Season.

Mondays, direct flights from Lisbon, in Sata Airlines, depart at 8:00 am arriving in Pico at 9:45 am

A transfer will take you to Lavahomes, which is 40km East of the airport

Arrival and Check-in around 11:30 am

Saturday, direct flights from Pico, in Sata Airlines, depart at 10:40 am and arrive in Lisbon at 14:10.

A transfer will depart from the resort at 8:00am on Saturday

Lava Homes is like a small village on Pico Island, in the parish of Santo Amaro, Terralta. Chosen for the breathtaking views, it was built perched on a cliff.

14 cottages of glass and volcanic rock, with kitchens and working fireplaces, give the impression of floating above the sea. A superb view of the Atlantic and São Jorge island, and even views to the top of Pico Mountain on a clear day.

It has a Restaurant - Magma, where all the meals will be served, with exclusive access times for the Retreat Guests

It has a Yoga Studio and a Dôme confortable for 24 people.
